Design Guidelines
To ensure that our community looks beautiful and feels welcoming well into the future, there are some Design Guidelines to follow when designing your new home. These Design Guidelines have been produced to ensure that this tranquil environment is maintained and that the newly built homes will fit into the natural coastal surroundings. They will also help protect the integrity of your investment and provide you with the peace of mind that every house in your neighbourhood is built to the same high standards, while allowing everyone flexibility to express their individuality.
Please note: The latest version of the Design Guidelines is Version 3, dated October 2023. The changes related to 4.17 Fencing and the inclusion of fencing types from Think Fencing.

If you’re creating a bespoke home, supply your architect or designer with a plan of the homesite you’re interested in. It will be their task to design a home that meets Panorama’s Design Guidelines and your homesite’s specific requirements. This is especially important as most homesites in Panorama are not flat and several have specific conditions which may differ from other homesites within Panorama.
