Ready Homes

We are pleased to share the progress of the Panorama Ready Homes as we approach the holiday season. Construction is advancing as planned across all homes, and we remain on track for timely completions in 2025. Below is a detailed update on each home’s progress:

34 Hargreaves Street – Lot 111

• The frame has been successfully completed.

• Roofers are installing the fascia, gutters, and battens. The roof is expected to be fully completed by Christmas.

• Window installation is underway.

• The project is on schedule for completion by end of May 2025.

32 Hargreaves Street – Lot 112

• The frame is in place, and roof trusses are being installed today.

• Windows have been delivered and are set to be installed shortly.

• Both the frame and windows are expected to be completed before Christmas.

• The project remains on track for completion by end of July 2025.

33 Woolamai Rise – Lot 218

• The construction timeline remains on schedule, with completion anticipated by end of September 2025.

• Concrete slabs are complete, marking a key milestone in the project.

• The site and slab will be cleaned by the end of the year in preparation for the base brickwork, which will commence early next year.

35 Woolamai Rise – Lot 219

• Construction is progressing as planned, with an expected completion date of early September 2025.

• Concrete slabs are complete.

• The site and slab will be cleaned before the end of the year, and base brickwork is set to begin in the new year.
